Anolis Pharma takes pride in having an extensive network of warehouses throughout the globe, primarily shipping products from our facilities in the USA and the UK. In the event that a product is unavailable in either of these locations, it will be dispatched from our warehouses in Europe.
Delivery Options and Fees
While we do not impose any shipping fees, we do charge a nominal handling and packing fee of $30 to ensure that your package is discreetly handled.
Standard Shipping (USA to USA): 4 – 10 Days
Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 5 – 10 Days
Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders exceeding $250.
Please note that the overall delivery time includes the duration necessary for payment authorization, order processing, and the carrier’s transit time. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. The official shipping time will commence from the moment you receive this shipment confirmation email.
Returns and Refunds
Due to federal and local regulations, we are unable to accept the return of medications once they have been shipped. Once you receive your medications, a reshipment will only be provided if the product is found to be faulty, damaged during transit, or expired. If you encounter any issues with your order, please inform us within three days of receipt at info@anolispharma.com. Your claim will be thoroughly reviewed, and immediate steps will be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
In case you receive a product that is damaged in transit, you must notify us within three days. Our assessment department will require images that clearly depict the extent of the damage. Following the analysis of the damage, we will ship the equivalent quantity of the damaged product. In such instances, the shipping charges for the replacement will be incurred by the customer.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, rather than processing a refund, we will send you the best available substitute product with similar efficacy, albeit from a different brand and under a different label.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly rather than reaching out to your credit card company. A refund cannot be processed if you initiate a claim with your credit card company prior to contacting us.
Anolis Pharma will only consider refunds for claims received within 45 days from the shipment date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
