Refund Policy

Customers may apply for a refund under the following circumstances:

Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their orders within 3 hours of making the payment. Once the payment has been made and the order is forwarded to our Shipping Department, we cannot issue refunds.

Non-Reception of Order:

If a customer does not receive their order within 45 days of payment processing, they may apply for a refund. However, refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

The customer changed their address.

The customer provided an incorrect address.

The order was delivered to the correct address, but no one was available to claim it.

The order was delivered to the correct address, but someone else accepted it.

Ineffective Products:

We strive to provide top-notch products. If a customer believes the received products are ineffective, they may request a refund. To support this claim, customers must provide the following:

A clear image of the lab test report.

A clear image of the products received.

A clear image of the packaging (envelope, box, etc.).

The order number.

Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).

Please note that refunds may take up to 60 business days to process, depending on the policies of the payment processing company and the customer’s bank. For payments made via Western Union, MoneyGram, or Bitcoin, refunds can typically be processed within 5 business days following the completion of our investigation.

Reshipment Policy

Customers may apply for a reshipment under the following situations:

Delivery Delays:

For standard shipping with an associated cost of $40, which estimates a 14-21 day delivery period worldwide, customers are eligible for a free reshipment in the event of a delay.

Damaged Products:

While we ensure that all products are packed with care, we acknowledge that some may get damaged during transit due to handling by international carriers. If 50% or more of the products are damaged, customers can apply for a free reshipment. To qualify, they must provide:

A clear picture of the package (envelope, box, etc.).

The total quantity of the order, including damaged items.

The order number.

Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).

If less than 50% of the products are damaged, we will replace the equivalent number of damaged pills with the next order. Alternatively, if the customer desires immediate reshipment, the equivalent amount of pills may be shipped upon paying a $40 shipping fee.

Ineffective Products:

Despite our commitment to sourcing medications from reputable suppliers, if a customer claims that the products are ineffective, they can apply for a reshipment under the same conditions outlined in the Refund Policy regarding ineffective products.

Incorrect Products:

Anolis Pharma aims to fulfill orders accurately. However, in situations where a totally different product is delivered, customers can request for a free reshipment by providing:

A clear picture of the products received.

A clear picture of the packaging (envelope, box, etc.).

The order number.

Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).

Please note if the customer receives the same generic medication but with a different brand name, color, or shape, no reshipment will be processed. In cases where a different generic medication in the same category is sent, customers may apply for a reshipment to be fulfilled with the next order or select any other available medication from the same category, with 50% of the value of the original order shipped contingent upon payment of the $30 shipping fee.

Free reshipment requests may require up to 4 business days to place and an additional 10 to 15 days for delivery. Reshipments can be expedited if the customer places another order simultaneously. Each order is eligible for reshipment only once.
